It takes compressed air as the momentum and uses glass bead as the medium, through high-speed and high-pressure jetting on the surface of work***ce. Products after shot blasting can eliminate the tensile stress, lengthen the fatigue life, and improve its capacity for anti-stress corrosion.
2, Application
These products have wide scope of application: Clear diverse moulds of i***ct forging, forging, glass, rubber and plastic, metal casting and extrusion. Eliminate tensile stress, increase fatigue life and enhance stress corrosion resistance. For example, aircraft engine turbo, vane, shaft, undercarriage, diversified springs and gears, etc.Clean and remove slitter edge and burr on the circuit plate and plastic-sealed geminate transistors before stannum solderingRemove stems in the piston and cylinder and provide bright and half-lackluster surface for medical mechanical instruments and automobile parts Clear electromotor and such parts as loop, electric brush and rotor of during heavy repairClean up and remove burr of metal tube and precisely melten non ferrous metal tube.
